House rules
先に、六つの約束。
一、
Deposit
We ask for a deposit of ¥10,000 per guest when you book. It is taken from the bill on the night.
二、
Cancellations
Changes and cancellations are free until three days before. Within two days, the omakase is charged in full, as the fish has already been bought for you.
三、
Allergies
Please tell us of allergies and foods you do not eat when you book. We cannot change the course on the night.
四、
Perfume
Please leave strong perfume and cologne for another evening. Eight people share one counter and the scent of the fish.
五、
Children
We welcome guests aged twelve and over who can enjoy the full omakase.
六、
Arriving late
Both seatings start together. If you are more than fifteen minutes late, we will begin without you and serve what remains.

席の取り方。
Online
Seats for each month open on the first day of the month before, at 10:00 Japan time. Up to four guests per booking.
